In a quiet location - the apartment was completely renovated in 2022/23 "everything NEW" - and is located directly on the lake promenade of Brissago, our modern, open 2-room apartment with lake view is located. BARRIER-FREEDOM everywhere (house access including apartment) and with direct access to LAKE MAGGIORE.
The post office, bank, bus station, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away. From the entrance you reach the open living-dining-kitchen area, the guest toilet, and the bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Both from the living room and from the bedroom you can access the sheltered balcony with a 180° lake view, where you can enjoy the sun even in the winter months, i.e. from morning to afternoon (depending on the season).
A well-maintained residence includes a jetty with direct lake access, an indoor pool with lawn and a sauna for cool days. Since 2023, the house has had a photovoltaic system on the roof for its own power supply and feed-in to the grid operator.
The lakeside promenade with Mediterranean flora extends over 3km and is a relaxing walk. A parking space can be provided for the car, as well as 2 mountain e-bikes (Cube Fully Carbon + Cannondale Fully Carbon)
The apartment is fully furnished and has built-in wardrobes in the bedroom, bed and mattress from Schramm Werkstätten (https://schrammbeds.com) PUREBEDS LOFT L.182/202 x P. 201/2166 x H. 51/110, PURE EMOTION LUXE 50 continuous pocket sprung mattress - Version 3(weight 85-100Kg) including topper for extra sleeping comfort. We also have a sofa bed from POL74, GARDA Element 40, 1 Bonell spring mattress, Dim: cm 180 x 200 H. 14 in the living/dining area, if you have visitors or want to be on site with your children. Everything has been laid with high-quality oak parquet (except for the wet rooms).
The guest toilet and the bathroom are equipped with "Dornbracht fittings", a barrier-free shower with rain shower. Everything is also clad in high-quality natural stone and mosaic tiles. We have 2 toilets here, one of them with BD, several functions.
The open kitchen with a monoblock including Bora hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and initial equipment with cutlery, pots, pan, plates! A few lamps are still missing, which will be installed soon.
We have "Swisscom" WLAN and you can work perfectly, and stream all channels, if desired, via AppleTV 4K (or others).
You only need your towels + bed linen, drinks, food and cosmetics, because everything else is already there. The apartment is only rented for holiday purposes from 1 to 9 months. Documents (for use as a primary residence) must not be deposited with the office! The apartment has the status of a holiday apartment
