The house is in a very quiet and green area in Höngg (8049), by bike quite close to ETH Hönggerberg campus, and close to the bus 46 line, which goes directly to Zurich main station. Your room is about 18m^2 (the plan below is of a similar, mirrored flat in the same house).

I have lived in this nice flat for 5 years now (as a follow-up tenant you can benefit from a comparatively decent rent) as a WG and would love to continue living there - but I am moving out of Zurich.
