The flat is on the second floor, has 2 balconies of which one has a nice mountain view, a large and green living space, and great kitchen. There is a single bathroom with ventilation, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, a large fridge and freezer, a large (>3m height) private storage room in the basement as well as shared washing machines that are free for spontaneous use of the times. Underground parking spots can be rented at an additional fee of 220chf, there is a car washing infrastructure, and a bike cellar. The house is in a very quiet and green area in Höngg (8049), by bike quite close to ETH Hönggerberg campus, and close to the bus 46 line, which goes directly to Zurich main station. Your room is about 18m^2 (the plan below is of a similar, mirrored flat in the same house).
I have lived in this nice flat for 5 years now (as a follow-up tenant you can benefit from a comparatively decent rent) as a WG and would love to continue living there - but I am moving out of Zurich.
