Apartment for rent - 2540 Grenchen, Girardstrasse 65

We are looking for a new tenant for a spacious 1.5 room apartment in Grenchen. It is on the ground floor like a small single-family house, the garden can be shared.
We paid 900 francs including utilities. It may be that the rent is agreed differently now.
The tenant moved for professional reasons. We were very satisfied with the rental relationship.
One could move in from July 1, 25 or by arrangement.
