Just a few minutes' walk from Klusplatz, we are renting a bright and quiet 1-room apartment in a historic building. The apartment has been completely renovated, features parquet flooring in all rooms, and includes an additional "balcony room" that can serve as an office. The windows were replaced in 2023 and let in hardly any noise from Witikonerstrasse.
The new kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The kitchen offers enough space if you enjoy cooking. The apartment has two bathrooms (bathroom with shower and a separate toilet). Additionally, the apartment includes a cellar and attic compartment.
The property is well connected to public transport (Tram 3/5/8, Bus 31/33/701/703/701). The main train station and Bellevue can be reached within 15 minutes.
