I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment here in Wollishofen, available immediately or by arrangement.

LOCATION
Public Transport

• Bus: The bus line 66 is almost at the front door, taking you to Morgental, the center of Wollishofen, in 2 minutes.
• Tram: The final stop of tram line 7, Wollishoferplatz, is about a 7-10 minute walk away. From there, you can reach HB Zurich in 17 minutes. The line also passes by Wollishofen train station, Enge station, and ETH, Uni Zentrum, and Uni Irchel.

Shops
Within a maximum of 15 minutes walking distance, there is a large Coop and Aldi, as well as a small Migros and a pharmacy. In Morgental, there is a large Migros and the post office.

Car
The house does not have its own parking spaces, but there are many blue zones around the house. The motorway entrance is also not far away.

Miscellaneous
The location is absolutely quiet and very peaceful here. Notably, the lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, fantastic in summer.

APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, is about 35 m² in size, but I measured it myself and preferred to measure slightly smaller than too large.

• The living/sleeping room is separate from the kitchen and connected by a hallway.
• The bathroom has a toilet/shower and also a window.
• In the hallway, there is a built-in wardrobe.
• The kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, a large freezer area, and a dishwasher.
• Additionally, there is a cellar compartment available.
• The laundry room has two washing towers, where you can wash at any time, as long as the assigned tower is not in use. We also have a Secomat.
• For bicycles, we only have a shelter outside.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, when I moved in, and has fiber optic installed accordingly.
