We're renting out our sunny 2.5 room apartment on the second floor (with a lift), just a few minutes walk from HB Oerlikon. It's a really bright and cozy space, perfect for one or two people.

One of the best things about living here is how convenient everything is - Lidl, Aldi, Denner, Coop and Migros are all within a 3-minute walk, so shopping is never a hassle. Oerlikon tram station is super close too, making it easy to get anywhere in Zurich.

There is a small park nearby and Bad Allenmoos just in the next tram stop. The neighborhood is really friendly and quiet and has everything you might need.

We have really enjoyed living here and hope to find someone who will appreciate the apartment and neighborhood as much as we have.
