The location at Obere Strasse 61 is characterized by tranquility and proximity to the center of Davos Platz. From the 3rd floor, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Davos and the surrounding mountains over the rooftops of the neighboring houses.

The unfurnished 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor and was extensively renovated at the end of 2021. The kitchen, bathroom, as well as doors and windows have been renewed. The living area has been enlarged and the entire apartment has been fitted with parquet flooring.

The apartment will be rented on a permanent basis (no seasonal rental) from August 1, 2022. The apartment can also be used as a second home. Keeping pets is not allowed.
