I am traveling abroad for a few months and am looking for a single person or a couple to stay in my cozy studio apartment in Meggen during this time (from September 14 to December 21, 2025).

Details about the apartment:

•📍 Location: Meggen (15 min by bus to Lucerne, bus stop 2 minutes walk away)

•🏡 56 m² studio on the ground floor with its own garden seating area

•🅿️ Parking included

•🪑 Fully furnished & fully equipped – household utensils can be used by all

•💰 Rent: CHF 950.- / month (instead of 1200.-)

Special feature:

🐾 My dear cat Jimmy (outdoor cat) will stay in the apartment during my absence. So you should be an animal lover and willing to feed Jimmy twice a day.

❗️Note: There is no litter box, as Jimmy always goes outside.
