We are looking for a new tenant starting from 01.05.25 for our beautiful and very generously sized 3.5 room apartment.
The apartment is located between Lucerne and Littau, between the Gütsch and Zimmereggwald on the 1st floor of a 10-party house. It is 80m2 in size and has a south-west facing balcony with a view of greenery (landscaping around the house) and in winter you can see the Pilatus (due to no leaves on the trees and so on ;) ).
By bus, you can reach Lucerne train station in about 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop if you walk very relaxed, and if you are in a hurry, it takes no more than 2 minutes.
The rent consists of: 1624 net rent, 265 additional costs = 1889 + 120 parking space = 2009. The parking space does not have to be rented, but it would be a garage space.
There is a washing machine and dryer plus a Seccomat in the basement, along with a fairly spacious basement compartment.
The two separate rooms face the courtyard and are therefore very quiet. There is a shower-bathtub and a separate toilet. The living and dining room is very large, and the apartment has little hallway, which means that not many square meters are wasted.
The kitchen is separate and has standard equipment including a dishwasher and (like the living room) access to the balcony.
There is also a bike cellar with enough space and an elevator (although you are usually faster if you walk).
