We are looking for a new tenant for our 3-room apartment on Dufourstrasse by 15.7.2025 at the latest, preferably earlier (early July). The apartment on the 5th floor has a bright living room, two rooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and large refrigerator, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Additionally, there is a lockable cellar compartment and two washing machines and dryers for communal use. An elevator is available.
Shopping options (Migros, Coop) are about a 5-minute walk away, and the train station can be reached by bus from the nearby Pilatusplatz in about 3 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes.
