We are looking for a subtenant for our spacious 3.5-room apartment in Rheinfelden from August 1st, 2025, or earlier by agreement.
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a large balcony at the rear; access to the apartment is via a front balcony overlooking the Feldschlösschen. The apartment includes a kitchen with access to a utility room with its own laundry facilities, a shower-WC, and a bathtub bathroom, a large living room, and two bedrooms. There is a laundry room in the apartment.
Our current rent is 1992 CHF.
The house is built to Minergie standard. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally. A cellar compartment and a locked bicycle room are available.
We enjoy living here very much; we only lack one room in the long term.
The landlord requires a self-declaration, proof of income, and an extract from the debt enforcement register.
