We are looking for a subtenant for our spacious 3.5 room apartment in Rheinfelden from August 1, 2025, or earlier by agreement.
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a large balcony at the rear. Access to the apartment is via a front balcony overlooking the Feldschlösschen. The apartment includes a kitchen with access to a utility room with its own laundry facilities, a shower-toilet, a bathtub bathroom, a large living room and two bedrooms.
Our current rent is 1992 CHF.
The house is built to the Minergie standard. A parking space in the underground car park can be rented additionally.
We really enjoy living here; we only lack a room in the long term.
The landlord requires a self-declaration, proof of income and an extract from the debt enforcement register.
