I am looking for a subtenant as soon as possible for a cozy 3-room apartment in Winterthur for under 1500 francs.
I have terminated the apartment on June 30, 2025. So the apartment is available from July.

Currently I pay CHF 1437 per month. However, with doubled additional costs, because I didn't want to experience any nasty surprises. If you don't want that, the apartment is around 1340 francs per month.

The apartment is bright and the surroundings are quiet, as is the neighborhood and the people in the development. It's really pleasant. The apartment also has a lot of sunshine.
The apartment includes a cellar compartment and an attic compartment. So you have a lot of storage space. The balcony is not huge, but still offers space for cozy hours with friends.

Bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance, Coop, Migros, Aldi and various other shopping facilities also very close.

There is also the possibility to take over certain furniture if interested.
