Verwaltung conditions: the real estate management agency indicated that the apartment can be rented to a maximum of 2 adults and one underage so 3 adults is not possible. Also that the combined gross income of the people living in the apartment muss be higher/equal to 3 months of rent and this income must be eared in Switzerland (parental support from parents to students from abroad are not recognized as income)
