Rent with an all-inclusive formula without adjustment, including expenses (water, heating, and electricity) at CHF 532.- per month per room.

Only an internet/TV connection remains to be paid separately.

Minimum contract 12 months.

Security deposit equal to 3 gross monthly rents, or through insurance such as: Firstcaution or Swisscaution.

External parking at CHF 60.- or internal at CHF 120.-
Pets not allowed.

The building is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities such as shops, bus stops, train station, Bellinzona Nord motorway exit, schools, and is just a few minutes from the city center.
