Minimum contract duration 12 months.

Deposit of 3 months' rent, or via insurance, e.g. Firstcaution - Swisscaution

Outdoor parking for CHF 60.- or indoor parking for CHF 120.-
Pets not allowed.

The building is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities such as shops, bus stops, train station, highway exit Bellinzona Nord, schools, and just a few minutes from the city center.
