No adjustment at the end of the year.

Only an internet/tv connection remains to be paid separately.

Minimum contract 12 months.

Deposit guarantee equal to 3 gross monthly rents, or through insurance e.g. Firstcaution - Swisscaution

External parking at CHF 60.- or internal at CHF 120.-
Pets not allowed.

The building is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities such as shops, bus stops, train station, Bellinzona Nord motorway exit, schools and is a few minutes from the city center.
