For shared use: beautiful sunbathing lawns directly by the lake, private lake access, indoor pool, gym, laundry room. There are 12 parking spaces at the house, but they cannot be reserved, on a first come, first serve basis. A private parking space can be rented in the underground garage for Fr. 140.—/month. Right next to the house is the tennis club with 2 tennis courts (bookable by the hour) and the famous Gelateria of Vira. A few steps further: the pharmacy, post office, butcher, bank, a small shop, several restaurants. The bus stop is in front of the house, the train station is 700 m away.
