I am looking for a new tenant for my pretty studio apartment starting July 1st. The apartment offers a beautiful refuge for one person, or possibly a couple (the apartment is open plan). The rent, including utilities, is 1755 CHF. If you are interested, please tell me a little about yourself.

Here is some information:

• Open, bright living space, in a kind of angular C-shape, with exposed beams and parquet flooring.
• A charming loggia with a large, round window
• A raised sleeping or reading area (accessible via ladder)
• A small but nice bathroom with bathtub/shower and window
• Well located in the Breitequartier, directly opposite is the forest (with a Vita Parcours).
• 5 minutes by bike to the train station, 15-20 minutes on foot. 15 minutes walk to the old town.
• Two private attic compartments, directly accessible from the apartment, as well as a separate cellar compartment
• Shared laundry room (with a total of four apartments in the house, so reserved for 1.5 days per week)
• Pets (cats, dogs) are not allowed.
• An outdoor parking space can be rented for 70 CHF/month if needed.
