I have a nice (15m2) room available in Zurich Höngg near ETH Zurich. The 4.5 room apartment is located in a quiet but central location. Tram and bus stops are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the entire city of Zurich. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate small guest toilet. There is also the possibility to store something in the basement. Garage spaces are guaranteed in the cooperative upon request. The car can also be parked with a parking card for the blue zone directly in front of the house. In addition, you have options to store your bicycle in the bike shed. The large laundry room and drying room are shared with the whole house, but the washing plan is handled very uncomplicated. For shared use of the house, there is also a ping-pong table and a fire pit/grill where you can comfortably spend time with friends in the summer. You will share the apartment with me (29, m). I work in leisure education with children and have studied social pedagogy HF. My interests include going out, cooking with friends, exciting conversations, and all the beautiful things in life. I am athletic, like to play football, and dance salsa. I would also describe myself as open-minded, honest, and authentic.
I am looking for a male roommate between 24 and 30 years old – an uncomplicated, open, relaxed, and cheerful personality, ideally with shared living experience.
