I am looking for a subtenant for my 1.5-room studio starting in early August. The apartment is located in Bünzen 5624, Aargau.
The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor), there is an elevator to the apartment. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact number of square meters. The apartment includes a cellar compartment, as well as an underground parking space. A washing machine including a dryer is in the apartment. A small balcony also belongs to the apartment. The apartment is for one person.
The landlords are private individuals who live in the same building. I always had great contact with them, and I will miss them very much as landlords.
The price of the apartment is 980 CHF, additional costs (heating, hot water, and operating costs) are 150 CHF flat rate, the underground parking space (which must be rented with it) is 120 CHF.
Important information:
-Minimum rental period is 12 months
-Rental deposit is 3 months' rent to a bank account (no deposit insurance)
-Notice period is 3 months in advance
-No pets are allowed
-If possible, non-smokers
