• 1 height-adjustable desk (1.60 m wide)

The modern bathroom is complemented by 2 mobile racks, which can also be used flexibly in the kitchen.

Special features:
The attic studio is located on the 2nd upper floor of the house and is separately lockable. Access is via the shared staircase past the private rooms of the owners. Several idyllic seating areas around the house can be used and invite you to linger.

Deposit: 2 months' rent (no rental deposit insurance possible – bank deposit required).

We attach great importance to a quiet, respectful coexistence. The studio is therefore rented exclusively to a quiet, tidy single person.

Minimum rental period: 6 months
Shorter rental periods are possible on request – the monthly rent will be increased in this case depending on the length of stay.
