Large, modern living kitchen with above-average storage space. The oven, stove with ceramic surface, and Tiba wood stove were replaced 5 years ago. The wood oven for baking bread or pizza can be heated separately. The tiled stove, wood stove, Tiba, and art are fully functional.

Corner bench and table can be used or we can also remove them.
The bathroom is contemporary with a shower with seating, modern mirror-sink combination, own washing machine, and towel warmer. There is no bathtub.

The huge backyard with greenhouse, fruit trees, and flower beds can be used. If someone enjoys gardening (even partially), we would be happy and relieved.
Romantic pond with seating, absolutely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by backyards and neighboring houses. If children were to move in, we would of course secure the pond.

Parking spaces at 40.- CHF can be rented directly in front of the house.
Note: The house is somewhat noise-sensitive. At the moment, a young couple lives upstairs, both of whom work during the day.
