We are renting out two rooms in our shared apartment in Schindellegi starting from 01.03.2025.

We are currently looking for two new tenants in a very nicely furnished shared apartment in Schindellegi. You are between 25 - 45 years old and enjoy living together in a working shared apartment, then just write to us. The apartment as well as the property itself have compelling arguments:

The rent is all-inclusive. Additional costs, internet etc. are all included.

The only costs to be paid by the tenants are those that are directly addressed to you by the municipality.

Consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags etc. are shared among the number of tenants.

A cleaning lady is there every 14 days. However, this does not mean that you do not need to clean up after yourselves ;-)
