I am looking for a new tenant for my bright 3.5-room, 95 m² attic apartment.

The apartment has a storage room where a washing machine connection has been created. The apartment also includes a cellar and an underground parking space. If needed, the laundry room in the cellar can be shared. Pets are allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is located in Birr AG, in a quiet, nature-friendly neighborhood with nice neighbors. Birr is at the A1-A3 highway interchange, making Zurich, Bern, and Basel easily accessible.

The apartment can be moved into from 01.08.2025 or by arrangement. If needed, I can leave some furniture in the apartment.
