I am looking for a subtenant from June 1st, 2024 for my 3.5 room apartment in district 4. The apartment has been freshly renovated, and we only moved in in May. However, since I am pregnant, we quickly realized that we need a quieter environment. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. We would prefer an exchange. We are looking for something WITH PETS (a dog and a cat). Preferably in districts 3, 4, 5, 6. But we are open to other districts. With a balcony, at least 2 rooms (preferably 3 rooms). Rent max. 3200.- Exchanging would be great, but we are also happy about subtenants. Please contact us for viewings.
