We are renting out a completely modernized (and yet whole apartment alternatively heatable with the central historical tiled stove and wood logs) apartment next to the Einsteinhaus on the 4th floor for a short term.
While the living side faces Kramgasse, but due to its roof position it is protected from the street hustle and bustle without any significant slopes and the view is wonderful, the extremely spacious bedroom goes completely without slopes to the quiet inner courtyard, which is completely separated from that of the Einsteinhaus.
The apartment (formerly 3 rooms, now 2.5) is characterized by its quiet location in the middle of the historic old town, in addition to new lines, parquet floors, designer kitchen and Boffibad, without having to forgo any living comfort. Heating is CO2-friendly via electricity and can also be done by the tiled stove. The hot water preparation has also been renewed.
The laundry room is located in the tower, an anteroom and a shared cellar compartment are available and the apartment has built-in wardrobes.
The price includes the general additional costs, only own electricity and internet/telephone provider must be paid additionally.
