The apartment is bright and has modern infrastructure. The living area is equipped with laminate or parquet flooring, the kitchen with Novilon flooring and the wet area (shower) with ceramic tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in cooker with ceramic glass hob, extractor hood and a refrigerator with separate freezer. Connections for a private washing machine or dishwasher are available.

The rent deposit is three months' rent (CHF 2'940.00).
