We are leaving our 2.5-room apartment located at Rue de l?Industrie, in Lausanne, and we are looking for someone to take over the lease starting July 1st.
The apartment is very well located in the city center, close to the metro stations Riponne, Bessières, and CHUV. It consists of a large living/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen (with cellar). The rent is 1615 CHF, charges included.
We are also looking for someone interested in taking over the furniture.
