It is a 3-room apartment with an area of approximately 76m2, divided as follows:
-an entrance hall.
-1 small toilet
-1 bathroom
-2 bedrooms
-1 living room
-1 fully equipped kitchen
-1 large balcony accessible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom
-1 cellar
-bicycle storage
-Shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers that work with a rechargeable card
-Outdoor parking space (50 Fr. extra).
The price is 1500 + 50 Fr. for the parking space.
Contact must be made with the administration to see if there is an increase in rent or not.
The visits will take place on the following days:
-Tuesday, May 6, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm
-Thursday, May 8, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm
-Saturday, May 10 (if necessary), from 11 am to 12 pm
