Also comes with a basement. Comes fully furnished including pots, pans, plates etc, no need to buy anything. is available from June for 1 year, maybe longer. The rent includes all of the bills, utilities and internet.
The building also has a large rooftop which is shared with the neighbors. In the summer they often organize bbqs and drinks, very social environment. washing machine is in the basement but you do not have to schedule your washing. There is always at least one washing machine free at all times.
