It is a beautiful, well-maintained 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor in an older, but very clean house.
The rent is CHF 1,300 including additional costs (except electricity: will be billed directly by the EW). A parking space can be rented for CHF 60.00 or a garage box for CHF 110.00.
