Apartment for rent - 8804 Au ZH, Im Maiacher 5

I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 2 1/2-room apartment in Au/Wädenswil (available from June 1, 2025).

The apartment is beautifully situated on the mountain in Au.

The public transport connection to Zurich, for example, is very good (S8 from/to Au, S2/S8/S25/IR35 from/to Wädenswil).

For drivers, the motorway to Zurich is just around the corner and there are rentable parking spaces at the house.

It has a lot of light and space and also a large cellar room (not pictured). All in all, the apartment is simply super practical :-)
