In addition, the apartment has a guest toilet as well as a separate bathroom. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment and offers additional storage space.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 150 per month.

It is preferred that the apartment is rented furnished. Please note that the specified rent applies to the furnished option. For another rental option, the rent will be adjusted accordingly.
