Looking for someone to take over my current contract for a 3-room apartment at Erligatterweg 5, 8038 Zürich. The moving in date is 01.07.2025.

The apartment is 71m2 and features a balcony with sun in the afternoon and evening. We have a small washing machine in the bathroom that we would like to sell. It was bought a few months ago and is in good condition. There is also a wash room in the basement accessible to everyone in the house.

The rent is CHF 2'500 (includes Nebenkosten and an underground parking space).

Pets are allowed as we have a dog. The apartment is conveniently located near Tram 7 stop Wollishoferplatz and different bus lines. There is also a basement storage available.
