We are renting out a newly renovated one-room apartment in Pontresina immediately. The rustic furnished apartment is located in an old Engadine house in a quiet residential area at the beginning of the Steinbockpromenade in Pontresina.
Mainly in the mornings and afternoons, the sun shines into the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor; there is a large living/dining and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is suitable for one person (NON-SMOKERS ONLY) who wants to live in the beautiful Upper Engadin or use the apartment as a holiday home.
The laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used.
In addition to the rent, additional costs will be charged.
Furthermore, a garage space can be rented.
