We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful apartment in Zurich-Altstetten starting from 04.07.2025. It is a 3.5 room apartment with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower as well as an additional guest toilet.

The apartment is very bright and well laid out. The Letzipark is a 3-minute walk away and a Coop Pronto is right next door.

A parking space can be rented for 216 CHF in the Letzipark parking garage.

The kitchen island, 2 wardrobes (1x Pax and a wardrobe with curtains see picture bedroom) as well as the green bathroom cabinet must be taken over for 600 CHF.

The Altstetten train station is reachable in 15 minutes on foot. The 31 bus departs right in front of the door and tram line 2 is also only 10 minutes away.
