Apartment for rent - 4500 Solothurn

Looking for a reliable person (m,f,d) for a 6-month sublet of my apartment in Weststadt in Solothurn. Start time late autumn to winter (period negotiable). I want to go to Portugal for six months and therefore seek someone to take care of my little realm and preferably also the plant roommates. 😉 Since I love my home, I only want to sublet it so that I can return "home" afterwards.

About the apartment and location
The apartment is fully furnished and offers you 2.5 rooms with 50m2 on the 2nd floor with an elevator. (Bedroom, open living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and balcony) The neighborhood is also very friendly and helpful to each other. The "Schmucktruckli" is located near nature - also by the Aare - shopping facilities are within walking distance in a few minutes. You can reach the city center by bike in seven minutes, and it takes just a few minutes more on foot. Public transport is two minutes away at the bus stop "Brühl," which is serviced every 15 minutes, or in eight minutes at the Bellach train station if you want to go directly to Solothurn or Biel. The outdoor pool is reachable in ten minutes by bike across the field. And if you like football, you can also watch directly from the balcony. 😉 The rent with parking space in the garage is Fr.1,048.- It can also be rented without a parking space, then the rent would be Fr.953.-

About the city of Solothurn itself
Solothurn is a beautiful, small old town with a lot of charm. Good food, great bars, but above all the surrounding nature with the Aare flowing through it, characterizes Solothurn.
