I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment starting July 31, 2025. Since I currently live here alone, it has simply become too big for me. The landlord is really great – an absolute stroke of luck! That’s why moving out is not easy for me. Nevertheless, I have fulfilled a dream and found an apartment with a garden.

It is a 4-room apartment with a brand new kitchen, storage room, and four spacious rooms. Additionally, there is a basement compartment as well as another storage room in the attic. A large garage can be rented if needed – which I highly recommend.

The location is excellent: The apartment is in close proximity to public transport, kindergarten, school, and community – everything is quickly accessible.
