The HITrental AG offers modern and furnished 2.5 room apartments on the Allmend in Lucerne. Our apartments can be booked from 2 nights to one month or even several years.

We rent a total of 16 x 2 room apartments at Zihlmattweg 44. The apartments are comfortable and practically furnished and offer everything you need for a holiday or business stay in Lucerne. In the bedroom you will find one single bed and one double bed. The comfortable living has a sofa bed, storage furniture for your personal belongings and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. Of course there are also a kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and toilet in the apartments. The apartments also have their own terrace, where you can relax in the evening and end the day.

Our service includes the following: all additional costs, WiFi internet, TV, monthly cleaning, bed linen, and hand and bath towels. You can also wash your laundry free of charge at any time in the laundry room on the ground floor. For bookings longer than 30 days, a deposit of CHF 2000.00 is required. The final cleaning fee is CHF 200.00. The Serafe radio and television license fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.

The Luzerner Allmend, where our apartments are located, offers excellent leisure and recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the apartments is the Lucerne Exhibition Center, where interesting trade fairs are held regularly, such as the LUGA adventure fair. In addition, there is a sports center with an indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities, and a fitness center next to the modern apartment building. There is also a Migros supermarket in the same building.

The city center and the train station can be easily reached from Zihlmattweg 44 by bus number 20 in just a few minutes. It is also possible to take the S-Bahn from the Allmend/Messe stop to the main train station. This will take you to the train station in less than 5 minutes.
