Due to the high demand we politely ask you to let us know the dates you want to stay when you first contact us. The monthly rent is CHF 1900.00.

We rent a total of 16 x 1.5 room apartments at Zihlmattweg 44. The apartments are comfortable and practically furnished and offer everything you need for a holiday or business stay in Lucerne. In addition to a cozy sleeping and living area consisting of one single bed, one double bed and a sofa bed, the apartments also provide a small kitchen and of course a private bathroom. There is also a seating area with a dining table and chairs. The apartments also provide a private balcony, where you can relax in the evening and end the day. On a compact living space you will find a maximum of comfort in this 1.5 room apartments.

Our service includes the following: all additional costs, WiFi internet, TV, monthly cleaning, bed linen, and hand and bath towels. You can also wash your laundry free of charge at any time in the laundry room on the ground floor.

For bookings longer than 30 days, a deposit of CHF 2000.00 is required. The final cleaning fee is CHF 200.00. The Serafe radio and television license fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.

The Luzerner Allmend, where our apartments are located, offers excellent leisure and recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the apartments is the Lucerne Exhibition Center, where interesting trade fairs are held regularly, such as the LUGA adventure fair. In addition, there is a sports center with an indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities, and a fitness center next to the modern apartment building. There is also a Migros supermarket in the same building.

The city center and the train station can be easily reached from Zihlmattweg 44 by bus number 20 in just a few minutes. It is also possible to take the S-Bahn from the Allmend/Messe stop to the main train station. This will take you to the train station in less than 5 minutes.
