Here a 2.5 room apartment is offered. I have been living in the apartment for about 3 months and now want to move to a slightly cheaper apartment.

The apartment is located in the newly built neighborhood in Manegg from 2018. The apartment has underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing tower, and a balcony larger than 20m2. The large windows provide a lot of light to the apartment, and due to the southwest orientation, it is flooded with light even in winter.

The sofa and the carpet must be taken over for 2000Fr. They are about 3 months old and therefore in new condition.
