We are renting out our beautiful, newly renovated and newly furnished 3.5-room duplex apartment in the heart of Basel, directly in front of Messeplatz Park.
All the furniture is new (less than a year old), delivered and assembled by IKEA. We are offering the apartment for a 3-month rental, with the possibility of a full contract takeover depending on agreements regarding timing, furniture, etc.
The duplex apartment is just under 100 m² and features two large balconies with green views. The apartment has been recently painted, and the entire electrical system has been upgraded and modernized just a few months ago. Additionally, a new energy-saving system has been installed to help reduce electricity costs.
The refrigerator and dishwasher were replaced with new ones a few months ago, and the apartment has an in-unit washing machine.
