Apartment for rent - 4057 Basel

From June 1st or June 15th I am looking for a subtenant for my 2-room apartment in the Matthäus quarter.

The apartment is located on Amerbachstrasse on the 4th floor and is completely south-facing. This means a lot of light and a lot of sun all winter long.
When I moved in a year ago, I was the first tenant after renovation.

The apartment is really well equipped:

• Large kitchen-living room with Miele appliances, ceramic hob, dishwasher
• Modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer
• Niche for additional storage space with clothes rail and built-in wardrobes in the hallway.

The second room has a part separated by a glass wall, which is why it always felt more like a 3-room apartment to me.

Well connected by public transport. Trams 1 and 8 and bus 30 are nearby, 11 min to SBB station.
Coop and Migros are also nearby.

A cellar compartment and a bicycle room also belong to the apartment.
The house has a lift, which has just been completely renovated.

The apartment costs 1270 including utilities.
I have just received 191.- back for the past year.

I'm moving in with my girlfriend, the apartment is a bit small for two. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to leave it.
