I am looking for a subtenant for my modern 1.5-room apartment in Gundeli starting at the end of May or by arrangement. Subletting would also be possible.
The furniture can be taken over, but it is not a must.
The apartment is modern and new and has a balcony and a washing machine connection. However, there is also a laundry room that can be used. There is also a cellar compartment and a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is centrally located, a 15-minute walk from the SBB train station, and in 3-5 minutes you are at the tram or bus stop and then very quickly in the city center. Shopping facilities are a 3-minute walk away.
