We're looking for a new tenant for our apartment in Kloten (Canton of Zurich) on Dietlikerstrasse, available from August 1st due to our relocation. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a garden connection and a terrace. It's 55 m², with a living room + bedroom, one bathroom with a toilet, and a separate guest toilet. A basement storage unit is included. Pets allowed with permission.

Rent: CHF 1603 Street parking: CHF 55 Underground garage parking is also possible — you'd need to ask the landlord, but it's approximately CHF 125.

Move-in requires a 2-month deposit and the first month's rent. The train station, bus stop, gym, and Spar are all within a 5-minute walk, Aldi is 6 minutes away, and there's a beautiful forest just 5 minutes from the flat. There's a shared washing machine in the basement.

We truly loved living here — it's a bright, lovely apartment with great access to everything. In the evenings, we often sat out on the terrace or took walks in the nearby forest, which is stunning, even by Swiss standards. The neighbors are kind, and it will be painful to leave. We hope the next tenant will be just as happy here as we were.
