Flatmate with flair & a love for plants wanted for a beautiful, bright and friendly apartment in a quiet area.

I'm going abroad for a long-term project and am looking for a flatmate to keep the apartment lively. One room for you and I would continue to use the smaller room to come home for holidays 1-2 times a year. The living room, bathroom, cellar and everything else for shared use (although I'm not actually there).

The whole apartment has pleasant and beautiful oak parquet flooring, tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. The spacious, friendly and modern open kitchen is not only fun to cook in, but also gives the apartment its special charm. The covered seating area is an extra room in summer which invites you to linger.
There is a washing machine-dryer tower in the laundry room just for us (each of the 6 apartments has its own).

The green and wooded surroundings, as well as the proximity (5 minutes by car) to the popular bathing resort on the Rhine, invite you to outdoor activities and relaxation.
Various shopping facilities in the area (Migros, Coop, Landi, Lidl etc.) as well as a Volg in the village.

Zurich is reachable by:

• car in 30-40 minutes
• public transport in 45 minutes

Winterthur is reachable by:

• car in 15-20 minutes
• public transport in 30 minutes

Own washing machine-dryer tower in the laundry room and shared use of the cellar, partially furnished for shared use.

Included in the rent are: general additional costs; hot & cold water, heating (normal use), WiFi, electricity & shared use of furniture.
An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house is included & can be negotiated.
