The apartment has a separate entrance and includes a balcony, a garden seating area, and its own lawn/green area. The rental price includes a storage area for exclusive use, the same size as the apartment (unheated).
There is the possibility to rent two covered outdoor parking spaces for CHF 50.00 each (carport) in addition to the apartment.
The bus stop with connections to Gümmen train station is in the immediate vicinity and provides a convenient and regular connection to Freiburg and Bern.
