The apartment is very quiet despite its central location and offers many advantages. For example, the apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, two bathrooms, bathtub, large balcony, elevator, etc. Two parking spaces can be rented for CHF 120.- per month each if needed.
Various furniture can be taken over by agreement.
