Important requirements for the tenant:
- Language skills (mandatory): German or English
- Consumption of smoking products/e-cigarettes ONLY on the balcony
- NO pets
- NO companies/societies/employers for passing on to third parties
- NO subletting/loaning to third parties
Please note:
- Maximum allowable occupancy: 2-3 persons (depending on the situation)
- Occasional maximum occupancy for a short duration without fold-out bed: 4 persons
- Occasional maximum occupancy for a short duration with fold-out bed: 5-6 persons
- A rental beyond 30.04.2026 cannot currently be guaranteed
- Return of the rental property at the latest 4-5 days before the regular rental end
In a shared apartment consisting of colleagues/friends applies:
- Fixed-term seasonal contracts, each WITHOUT an option for extension
- Condition for an extension: NO changing (sub)tenants
Monthly rent (monthly rental fee):
- CHF 2,030.- without use of fold-out bed (the bed is locked)
- CHF 2,170.- with occasional use of the fold-out bed for a short duration
- The monthly rent applies from 12 months rental duration with rental start at the beginning of May 2025
- A later rental start may incur a rental surcharge
Included in the monthly rent:
- Central heating
- Water/sewage
- General electricity
NOT included in the monthly rent:
- Use of fold-out bed in the living room (at monthly rent of CHF 2,030.-)
- Electric power in the rental property
- Waste base fee
- Tourist taxes when using the rental property as a second home
To be organized by the tenant:
- TV/radio/internet/telephone connection/reception (TV set on request)
- Bedding (duvet/pillow), laundry (bed, bath, kitchen)
Further:
- Rental deposit: max. 3 months' rent (depending on the situation)
- Final cleaning at the end of the rental (mandatory for seasonal rental): CHF 650.-
- Spray extraction carpets at the end of the rental (mandatory): CHF 300.-
- Ski storage room and laundry room for communal use
- When used as a primary residence proof of employment contract or permit
- Proof of personal liability insurance

- The small bedroom is located directly above the heating room (audible)

- 1 bath/WC (both bedrooms with their own sink)
- Kitchen with daylight (oven, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils)
- Living room with its own door and serving window to the kitchen
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200cm) and sink
- Optional (surcharge): use of fold-out bed in the living room (mattress 140x190cm)
- On request: partially furnished and/or without cooking/dining utensils
